USMLE 3 months gap after step 1: how to proceed

I gave my step1 in June ending got the results in July end. but then had a trip to hometown got back n got some personal issues then I had to move so I have taken 3 months of a break now. but now when I see the step 2 FA I feel i don't even remember the step 1 FA. how do I proceed to step 2 with such bad backup.
I wish to write my exam in 4 months. please help by giving suggestion .im really feeling lost and heartbroken.
