MD ~3.70 GPA/sGPA, ~520 MCAT

Does the LizzyM score break down for high MCATs but average GPA's? I'm just wondering because I feel like all the top schools have average GPA's of 3.8+. Would I have a decent shot (stat wise - let's say 20% chance of being interviewed) at any of them?

My dream schools are Stanford and UCSF but idk if they would be interested in someone with a lower GPA than their average GPA.

Also, are there any top schools that routinely accept people with stats like mine (decent GPA, high MCAT)?
