Hi guys, I'm applying to D.O. schools and I wanted to make sure I had a chance:

Grades/MCAT:

3.68 cGPA/3.61 sGPA. Strong upward trend (3.17 first semester of my freshman year)

MCAT #1: 126/124/126/124 (500 ~53%tile)

MCAT Retake: 127/123/124/127 (501~56%tile)

ECs:

Gen Chem Lab TA for a semester

Shift Leader Dunkin Donuts for two years

Volunteering Grady Hospital 200-300 hours

Currently shadowing a D.O. and have 100 hours (he is also the president of a specialty and will write me a great L.O.R.. Can't say which specialty because I'll lose anonymity).

Co-founder of a medical NGO in Thika, Kenya that provides monthly feminine sanitation products to a local village in Thika. Currently 41 women in our "CROP" system

Co-founder of a tech startup in Atlanta. Have 250 businesses registered for our beta version releasing in a month or so after alpha testing (internal testing) is complete.

Taught English in Kenya for four months at an orphanage
