Do most students live in the dorms on campus?

Definitely depends from year to year, but if I had to estimate it's maybe 50/50 or 60 (on-campus)/40 for M1s/M2s. Westchester is a high COL area and the on-campus apartments are the cheapest by far, plus there are both furnished and unfurnished options. Those that live off campus typically have animals (no pets allowed on campus unless emotional support w/ paperwork), S/Os, family, or want to be in the city and are willing to commute.
