Honestly, I just typed on the Word doc, printed it out, signed it by hand, and then used Adobe Scan on my phone to convert it to PDF. You could try doing that.

Just interviewed today! It was very chill and relaxing as everyone has mentioned in the past. Just know the basic questions (Why DO, why Carey). It was roughly 25 minutes long and the interviewers were highly passionate about the school and the city of Hattiesburg and were thoroughly explaining to me about the opportunities in the city. Questions I got that I didn't see on SDN threads were "Can you describe some community service experiences you've had", and "Describe some adversity you've faced in your life and how you overcame it". Overall very nice interview and they were very welcoming! Happy to answer additional questions from anyone!
