I have a lovely, spacious house in the suburbs of Colonie,NY. House is less than 30 years old, is in very good condition, and total of 2 rooms available which are separate and great for privacy. It is next to the mall, restaurants, parks,gyms, highways within 5 minutes and only 15 mins away from Albany Medical Center.
Rent includes wifi,all utilities,parking in driveway, access to kitchen. House is quiet if you want to study since I am mostly at work and I am the only one living here.
Tenants: Females only. no pets. clean person. no partying/alcohol/smoking. no guests
*rent should be paid in advance. week to week is also acceptable
