Good news for anyone who will be applying in the 2023 Match for R positions for DR residency--I just heard that Mayo Clinic Arizona is expanding its program to 6 residents/year and so will have 2 R positions that will Match in March 2023 to begin training July 2023.
These can only be filled through the Match by agreement with NRMP, so no point in sending any inquiries now. Just know that the spots will be there.
Putting on your radar if you are someone who will have completed an internship or partial/complete alternative residency by end of June 2023.
These Mayo AZ positions are "self-funded" (not through any government funds) so don't have any restrictions on "# of years of prior training".
