1st yr resident reading suggestions

So we got the academy series...any suggestions on reading material as a 1st year. Did you others as 1st yr oph residents plug through the entire series or rely on other sources? Any hints?

Stick with the series. It's tempting to read other sources, but you'll just spread yourself too thin. Focus on getting throught the Academy's series for the OKAP. I recommend doing practice questions starting in Jan/Feb: the Chern question book is good for that.
