Non-clinical volunteering
  1. Crisis Text Line = 200
  2. Home Caregiver = 1,200
  3. Soup kitchen = 25
  4. Volunteering at garden at school = 50
Since you are caregiver for a family member instead of getting paid like a health home aide, it won't count as nonclinical volunteering. Aren't you supposed to take care of your family? The experience may be meaningful to disclose in other essays, but it won't help in Work/Activities.

Text line stuff is common since the pandemic. While it is important, faculty want to see you work face to face with others in distress. Leverage these skills as a a resident advisor. Or better as a shelter volunteer (service orientation activity).

Your other activities don't have a lot of hours (75 total). You need 150+ hours of service orientation activities at submission to avoid getting screened out at most schools.

Remove Rosalind Franklin, Indiana and Illinois since they will "yield protect" with your stats. You could add these schools:
Washington University (in St. Louis-almost a guaranteed interview with your stats)
St. Louis
USF Morsani
Duke
U Virginia
Pittsburgh
Hofstra
Mount Sinai
NYU
Columbia
Cornell
Harvard
Yale
Brown
Tufts
Dartmouth
