State public schools including Illinois, Toledo, Maryland, Cooper Rowan, Iowa admit very few (if any) non residents with a MCAT of 504 and no connection to the state. Virginia Tech, Georgetown, Tufts, Emory, Brown and Dartmouth are unrealistic with a MCAT of 504. You could add these schools:
Eastern Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Are you willing to apply to DO schools ?

  1. 165 hours volunteering as peer mentor
Peer mentoring counts under tutoring/teaching and does not satisfy the AAMC definition of service orientation. Schools will typically screen out applicants who have less than 150 hours of service orientation completed before submission. The OP provides no evidence of any activities with service orientation or any that indicate a mission fit with schools.
