I'm only applying to DO this cycle, but I'm worried about my chances with my MCAT. I know DO schools commonly accept an average of around 504 on the MCAT, but does that also apply to Canadians? As a Canadian, are my stats good enough for US DO's?

In 2022 only 226 non-US residents applied to DO schools via AACOMAS and 54 matriculated - about 24% success for them.
I think nonresidents self-select (meaning only ones with good stats may try it)
Nonresident matriculants only make up 0.6% of all US DO students according to the ACOM data chart attached.

You could try these DO schools with your stats:
KCU-COM
LUCOM
MSUCOM
MU-COM
NSU-KPCOM
LMU-DCOM
Touro-NY
UNECOM
WCU-COM
Also check with the newer schools to see if they accept applications from Canadians- Touro-Montana, RVU-Montana, KHSC-COM, BUCOM, DUQCOM, Noorda-COM
