In general the school website should make it clear what the deadline is. Working word is "should."

I understand it's very very very late, etc., but does the school-specified AACOMAS primary submission deadlines refer to the date in which schools must receive a verified AACOMAS app or do they reflect the latest date that the primary app can still be submitted for verification (and still technically be considered for the upcoming academic year)? I've reached out to the school I'm looking at (Touro Harlem), but no one could give me a straight answer (and instead referred me to someone from the admissions office who have yet to get back to me). I had some family issues that precluded me from submitting in a timely manner and my MCAT scores will not be valid at some schools for the next cycle.

It's the date that you can submit the AACOMAS primary but you don't have to be verified by then.
