I count 8 schools on your list where there was at least a small chance of an interview. That's not usually enough for someone from a state like GA.
Because you are from a state where over 28% matriculate into an IS school, there is the perception that you will prefer those schools as well. Only 249 applicants left GA last year. The schools that interviewed them would have needed a really good reason to want them and to believe that they would come.
