What URM group do you represent?
You have a nice MCAT but your GPAs are pretty low for MD. Your ECs are rather weak, hours wise. You have the areas covered but just barely. (FYI Rush expects hundreds if not thousands of service hours from their applicants and they get it.) Carle would be perfect but I’m not sure because of your GPAs. Maybe add more DO schools. Midwestern is obscenely expensive. SIU takes students from a specific geographic area ( Rural IL and south of I80). Good luck.
Remove Rush for the reasons mentioned above. Northwestern and U Chicago are far reaches with your GPA. You could add Western Michigan for MD. Add more DO schools such as ATSU-KCOM, KCU-COM, UP-KYCOM, WVSOM.
