10 years? Your job prospects get exponentially worse every day as an unemployed new grad. I would say that when you hit the 2 year unemployment mark as a new grad you will never be able to find a job anymore as there are too many red flags already. In the future, the only pharmacists who will get jobs will be the ones who have prior experience as a pharmacist.
