Right now, Ready to Review will take ~30 days to reach Under Review. Under Review will only last a few hours before it becomes verified. That is, assuming there are no errors and everything goes smoothly. Occasionally, you might go under review on a Friday at the end of the business, and therefore not become verified until the review is complete on Monday.
