In my somewhat un-educated opinion, I think you have a strong application. Although you don't have non-clinical volunteering, this is not a red flag by any means. You have very strong academic stats, research, and a good amount of clinical volunteering (more important than non-clinical volunteering), and shadowing. It's good to see that you are going to be adding to your application with tutoring. My only advice would be to make sure you can talk meaningfully about your experiences in clinical volunteering and research on your secondaries and personal statement. @Goro can talk more about school list, but I would be surprised if one of those schools didn't bite.
