@KinesiologyNerd They all cost the same (or closest to the same). I'm asking this based on an academic standpoint, though.
I realize that. My point is when deciding against 3 obviously great schools your decision should be: what's cheapest and where will I be happiest? The only way you're getting into medical school is by being happy and productive. What town do you like the most? Which campus? What does your gut say?

@KinesiologyNerd Cheapest will be at Holy Cross. I don't like huge cities, so I think BU is out (not to mention the radical grade deflation...). BC and Holy Cross equally have that suburban and isolated feel to it, which I love. Both campuses (BC and HC) I love. However, I have heard Holy Cross controls who applies to medical school to some extent by not writing committee letters to the unqualified.

Any insight?
Well you have no plans on being unqualified for medical school, right? Nor would you want a school to give any with a pulse a good recommendation.
