10 year time limit to get license???

Does anybody know the states that do not have time limit of 10 years to clear step 1,2 and 3 to get a license. The FSMB web site I guess is not updated for example for Louisiana state it mentions no limit, I called the state board they said 10 years limit applies.
has anybody done any research to find out which states don't have 10 year reqiurement????????????

I have noticed that a lot of the states have revamped their requirements in May of this year. If you have found this is not to be the case, I suggest you call the individual boards directly.
