Do you recommend that we save our full-length practice tests for the very end of our DAT preparation?

Are you aware of how students score on the actual DAT when compared to their scores on their GS practice exams? More specifically, is the trend that students tend to score lower or higher on the actual DAT than on the GS DAT Practice Tests?

Any information about such a trend might help us predict when we are best prepared to obtain the DAT score we are aiming for. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Yes! Only take a full-length practice test once you are done with your content review and have completed all the chapter review questions. Based on your results, identify your weak points and focus your studying on those: more content review, more practice, going over your notes and repeat!

Students tend to do better on the real DAT (i.e. our exams tend to be a bit tougher). Here is an example: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/dat-breakdown-ts-23-aa-22-rc-25.1124360/#post-16261170

Thanks for the clarification. It will certainly help us better organize our DAT preparations. Please have an amazing day, and thanks, again, for all your efforts to support those preparing for the DAT (and/or the other health professional exams.)
