Research:
I worked in 2 labs during undergrad. The first was a biology lab studying Alzheimer's Disease ~200 hours.
The second lab I am in currently is a biochemistry lab in which we are studying various protein and genetic targets that cause diseases that are known as "incurable" (we are still deciding exactly what we want to study). ~ 150 hours currently and will have completed 200-250 by August 2017

Clinical Volunteering:
Hospital volunteer for 3 years on the oncology floor ~ 150 hours
Volunteered at a rural clinic for a weekend ~ 20 hours

Shadowing:
2 orthopedic surgeons (1 pediatric, 1 adult), 1 internal medicine doctor
~40 hours total

Non-clinical Volunteering:

-Service organization to raise money to send a terminally ill child to Disney World ~ 60 hours
- Organization in which we host toy drives or create gifts to send to those who are in the hospital ~ 40 hours
- Orientation leader for the incoming honors student before classes begin ~ 25 hours

Extracurriculars:
- Pep Band (Leadership) ~ 3500 hours
- Honors Pre-Med Fraternity ~ 50 hours
- Study Abroad ~ 6 weeks

Employment:
- Nannying/Babysitting ~ 400 hours
- I worked with a business that creates textiles for hotels/large fabric corporations; worked in customer service and finance ~ 1100 hours

Some of the state public schools on your list accept few non residents with your MCAT so you could remove Wright State, Toledo, Ohio State, South Carolina, U Wisconsin, Kentucky , Louisville. You could add these schools:
Quinnipiac
NYMC
Vermont
Georgetown
Tulane
 
Do you think that my 123 on CARS is going to be problematic?
