Roommate UTSW

I am moving to Dallas around June 1st for a job at UTSW(not a doctor), and looking for a roommate to share a house or a condo with. I have a dog and am only looking at places with a yard. I am fine with having another dog if it gets along well with other dogs. Aiming for less than $750 each but am willing to go a little higher if needed.
