USMLE USMLERx - How many attempts do they allow?

I read some stuff indicating that Rx doesn't allow you to retake correct questions or something to that effect (I could be misunderstanding though). I was thinking of buying it just to help me get through FA since I learn better through Q&A formats rather than cold reading material, but if I only get a certain number of attempts per question, it's not worth it for me. Can anyone explain how Rx works and why people seem to be emailing their support team to transfer/reset accounts?

Ive gone through questions multiple times. I don't think there is a limit
