First of all, I apologize profusely for asking a question that has probably been addressed a million times. Seriously, I'm really sorry.

But is there a list somewhere of US med schools that are historically very willing to accept Canadian citizens who haven't previously studied in the US?

Thanks in advance!

If you have the MSAR schools are asked whether or not they accept international students. Also, they give you information about how many international students have been accepted. Otherwise, you can just go to each school's website and look there for the information. It's a tedious method but there really isn't a good list out there anywhere. As a Canadian student you have a few more options than other international students.

That is a good suggestion, but you must be careful because it seems that Canadian student doesn't always = international student.

A school might list that they do not accept international students, but do accept students with a Canadian undergraduate degree.

Usually this is for US residents that attended school in Canada.

From my experience with the MSAR it's the opposite. Schools say they accept international students when they only really accept Canadian students (so frustrating for a non-Canadians). But either way, double checking with the individual schools is always a good idea OP.
