You should do quite well applying right now, I doubt schools will put too much effort in to scrutinizing your single subscore given your strong extracurriculars and above average academics on your postbacs

Florida resident here-- you should be fine for practically every school here. Most of them report average GPAs around 3.6 so you're not that far off. MCAT is solid for all of them.
