Trouble finding PCP EMR

I am assigned the task of finding an EMR for a small FM practice. Under 5 physicians.

I would like it to be set up so that the MAs can load templates up depending on the patient and get preliminary questions asked and ready. It should be fast and efficient and sync up with some labs.

I set up a friend of mine who was a lone provider who travelled with her laptop doing pre-op clearances with this program. Many of my doctor friends use it. It is very easy and if you have a biller they can access the program. It's not that expensive and they have online support.
