If a person graduates from Faculty of Biology, can he in future work as Human Anatomy teacher at medical school? I don't know, because Biology faculty students also study Human Anatomy.

Yes of course, especially if you've done a lot of human biology.
You could teach physiology as well.

I've been taught by a few teachers, who aren't doctors themselves, but they've done undergraduates in human biology.

But you'll still be at disadvantage, and you'll probably face a lot of competition for the spot as the medical school wouldn't want a lot of teachers from a non clinical background. As always, the basic foundation stuff is always linked with its clinical relevance and ideally a doctor who've studied medicine and practices it is best suited.
