• big closet & windows. very spacious apt
• lots of privacy. room in own corner of house
• no smoking. no pets.
• one person only - occasional overnight guests ok (just not daily)
  - if you have someone that sleeps over often, this is not the place for you
• street parking always available, ur car is safe on the street
