Deployment rate as a dentist is zero if you are not a citizen. If you are not a citizen you cannot commission as a dentist.
Are you enlisting via MAVNI for citizenship? ... if so it won't be as a dentist. Do you have a US dental degree or US specialty training?
Search in this military dental forum for key word citizen.

Don't mean to hijack but what if you are a commissioned specialist? I heard that OMFS get deployed a lot with the marines while endo/perio/pros are usually state side.
Key is, 'in demand specialties' - prosth is not on the list. Notice the document you attached is not dated. There are additional criteria too regarding eligibility to commission (citizenship) and licensure. Go read up on the MAVNI facebook page. It does not look like MAVNI is open right now. There are MAVNI applicants from before the program was closed that are still waiting, some as many as two years.I found this online: https://www.goarmy.com/content/dam/goarmy/downloaded_assets/mavni/mavni-general-information.pdf
It is a fast track to gain US citizenship for licensed health care professionals. I will be getting US dental degree soon. (I did US prosth residency and now doing advance standing.. I know this is kind of unusual...)

If you are able to get in to see an Army recruiter, healthcare or regular, let us know if MAVNI is open for any Officer positions. Maybe one of the recruiters that posts on here occasionally knows if it is open for any Dental Specialties.
Edit: Prosthodontist is on the list for Reserves but the list may not be current.
Prosth is not Comp.
What would be considered for comprehensive dentist?
I tried to search but could not find specific education requirement for comp.
Comprehensive Dentist (63B)
