I'm a NJ and Quebec resident applying to mostly american schools.

I have a 3.57 at a top-10 undergrad majoring in Microbiology and Immunology. (My school is notorious for grade deflation if that means anything)
MCAT 517

I have ~700 hours of research in several labs, one first author review, one third author from a high-profile vaccine development lab.

1200+ hours of volunteer coaching, definitely a strength of my application (the team is super diverse and unique).

200+ hours shadowing in several fields.

Some unique extracuriculars

ORM, but fluent in french, iffy in portuguese, and have spent significant amount of time living around the world, I have a pretty solid diversity essay.

Heavily service-oriented application, looking to work in underserved communities, and applying to a mix of MD and MD/MPH programs.

Triple citizen between US, Canada, Switzerland.

My school list:
McGill
UNC -- got the secondary but I think I won't apply?
Maryland
Pittsburgh
Ohio State
USC
Boston U
Tufts
UVM
George Washington
Georgetown
Robert Wood
Rutgers Med.
Tulane
Wake Forest -- Got the secondary but I think I won't apply?
Minnesota
Drexel
Brown
Emory
Case Western
Illinois-Chicago
Jefferson
I've sent out secondaries to all of the above, except for UNC and Wake Forest.

If these don't work out, I can go to Switzerland as a backup.

Is this enough? I feel like I have a shot at an interview a most of them but should I add a few more?
