I'm renting out a room in my 2 bedroom apartment. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. It is located in Astoria, Queens which is a very nice and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and Laundromats nearby. Its 2 blocks away from the N&Q subways (3 min walk) and a total commute to Manhattan is 15 min (Lexington stop). The room is large which can fit a Queen/King, small desk and a drawer. The apartment is fully furnished except for the spare room. The rent is 1250$ + WIFI + electricity (heat and water is included). Available July 1st.
