I have a brand new house in Stockton with one available room for any upcoming UOP/Delta students in need of housing. House is completely furnished with leather reclining seats, Big Screen TV, blazing fast internet modem and router and new appliances such as refrigerator and oversized washer/dryer as well as cookware like rice cooker, and toaster oven. Everything is new and the house itself is 10-15mins away from campus and in a nice serene community that itself is brand new. The room is medium in size and will occupy a desk, full bed and some small-medium sized furniture. It also has a ceiling fan installed. Bathroom will be shared with one other tenant.
House is currently occupied by two pharmacists. We are very respectful, clean and enjoy light social activities. House environment is very chill. Just be respectful and clean lol.
Price for room with all utilizes and internet included is $400/month.
