im an IMG, US citizen, from Philippines, speak basic spanish, curious about residency programs in latin american countries such as Argentina or Costa Rica. my questions are as ff:
1. which country would you suggest? (living and working as a physician, safety and support)
2. what is the process in your suggested country? (take an exam? get reciprocity for my medical license in philippines? or need for ECFMG certificate)
3. suggested residency programs for an IMG in that country?
