Residency questions

How hard is it to get into any residency program vs a top one such as ucla, Stanford, washu etc...? What about in comparison into getting into medical school? At the end of residency, do you get a diploma from that university medical center that you were a resident for? Are you an alumni of that university at that point? How do fellowships work? Are they hard to get into? I apologize for the excessive questions.

ya they are pretty hard but you will do your best effort

Then your question can't really be answered. Every specialty is very different when it comes to competitiveness.
