The answer is b) Cushing's syndrome

Cushing's syndrome is the constellation of symptoms and signs caused by excess cortisol in the bloodstream. Classically, patients develop facial fullness, weight fluctuations, violaceous striae, and acne. Long-term complications include immunosuppression, accelerated atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, and cataracts.
