This is a pretty easy question. I notice that many folks have several different publications. Does this mean peer reviewed articles only? Or does it include posters and presentations at conferences?

If it is the former, then that is a bit scary…as most people seem to have a few publications.

Thanks!

People use the term 'publication' pretty loosely

Many people use it as any abstract/presentation. Having several peer-reviewed publications is tough.

Make sure to list any presentation/poster on your SF match.. it all counts

Typically on a CV it's best to outline as follows:

Peer-Reviewed Publications:

Podium Presentations:

Poster Presentations:

This way there is no confusion. Many just list everything under 'Publications' which can be misleading.
