the confirmation email from UMich says they will contact us if selected for an interview!

I've been talking to a few other people and interview dates I know of are:
UTHSCSA: Aug 29/30
Augusta: Aug 30, Sept 6
Tennessee: Aug 28, Sept 8, Sept 11
A&M Dallas: Sept 11
Iowa: Sept 10/11, 17/18, 24/25
UT Houston: Sept 25
Minnesota: fairly open ended

My impression was that Minnesota was considering applicants/sending out invites as they received their supplementals. You could consider contacting the program to check on the status of your application.

Harvard sent for their first batch of interviews too.
 
Got an invite from OSU. Interview date: Sept 24,25

Got rejection from Marquette about half an hour back.
