1) are you only applying to Top medical schools? If so, why?
2) Most schools will ask to explain any Ws. Some ask about Cs. Be prepared to answer this.
3) You should be fine on this aspect of the pre-req since you have a second course in the same class, but know that many specifically want a stats class.

No one cares which med school you attend. All med schools in the US are very good. Your residency could be more important.
