Regarding pharmacy schools that have upper level pereqs like physiology, microbiology and anatomy. Are acceptances conditional based on your completion of these pre-reqs or can you request the schools asking them to waive these classes for you post acceptance.

Pretty sure all pre reqs are required in order to matriculate in whatever year you are accepted. Hence the name pre requirement

You must complete them before starting the year you begin P1.

It depends, some want prereqs completed by the end of your spring term and others before the start of P1 year. This info can usually be found on the school's page or the school's PharmCAS page.

Some schools may 'require' you to finish by spring, but may have waivers for asummer completion of prereq courses.

LOL, so schools don't even require finishing pre-reqs anymore? This profession is so screwed.

If it's a substantial course such as those you provided, and they're not completed by the required time, your acceptance WILL be rescinded. No questions about it.
