ah EMTCITY.com

You a regular there? I'm one of the mods:smuggrin:

hi,

I would recommend these above all others as far as educational value and professionalism.

www.paramedictv.com

Has some interesting videos (comedy, educational, new stuff, etc). I particularly enjoy the paramedic chronicles.

At the risk of beating a dead thread, I would recommend a few more sites (blogs):
www.ems12lead.com - Great resource for ECG interpretation, interesting case studies, from basic to advanced
www.millhillavecommand.BlogSpot.com - Operated by an emergency physician in Connecticut (I think), plenty of case studies and real patient cases as handled by EMS providers and ED providers. Also, quite humorous and insightful reviews of studies, practices, etc. Dr. Walsh has a good "started from the bottom" story and seems very knowledgeable.
www.hqmeded-ecg.blogspot.com - Last but not least, Dr. Smith's ECG blog is incredibly good, as he touches on everything from basic cardiology and ECG interpretation, all the way up to terribly complex concepts (above the realm of EMS).

In addition to these, LifeInTheFastLane is a great resource, and for those interested in cardiology, Dr. Amal Mattu has a great blog with lots of informational videos and whatnot.
