Postbacc Masters at MWU vs Touro vs KCUMB

Hey guys,

Canadian here trying to get into DO school.

Before the new repeat policy my cgpa is 3.4 and sgpa is 3.28
After new repeat policy, estimated cgpa is 3.20 spga is 3.10 (including postbacc diy courses)
Diy Postbacc science gpa courses is 4.0 (15 credits)
MCAT 503

I got accepted into Touro Middletown MS, KCUMB COM MS, and MWU Masters of Arts at IL.

Which one should I pick?
