Hi Everyone. I'm the medical director of the MOI Spine Center in Sycamore, Illinois. We are part of a large, mostly orthopedic clinic, and currently consist of two PM&R docs (myself included) and one orthopedic spine surgeon.

We are looking to add another PM&R physician that would see patients in satellite clinics around the area. We're NOT looking to add another fluoroscopic interventional doc, but if you are skilled in ultrasound, that's a definite plus (but not at all absolutely necessary).

Read the PDF that I attached for much more information and let me know if you have any questions at all. Private message me.

I am posting a job opportunity at the request of my current employers. I am leaving my position for family reasons.
Please PM me with any questions at all, but I will not be doing the hiring, the person to contact to apply is Michelle Ruiz (Program Administrator) at [email protected]
I am leaving a part-time position at Meadow Medical Services which is a sub-location within the Minimally Invasive Spine Insitute in Dallas, TX. I am currently practicing bread and butter PM&R. I see a mix of private payers, work comp, medicare, and personal injury. The largest percentage is private payers. I see a lot of neck and low back pain because my facility is within a spine insitute, but I also see a variety of other things like knee OA, lateral epicondylitis, achilles tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc (you get the picture). I can get them through various points of their care (already had work-up and just need therapy and some bracing or brand-spanking new with no work-up in the past). I currently do the EMG's for the spine institute and a hand surgeon (so a good mix of upper and lower extremity EMGs), though I believe they have found a guy as a consultant to take care of their EMGs already, so I am not 100% sure that will be part of the job description. Perhaps only if they needed an "urgent" EMG on a day that guy wasn't in the office (?). I am a DO so I perform Osteopathic Manipulation whenever I feel it is an option. I perform trigger point injections and joint injections. I do not work weekends. I do not do hospital consults.
I hope I've captured the important points. Again, any details about the job might be best to contact Michelle Ruiz, though I am happy to answer any questions I can from my personal experience.
Good Luck!
PS- Since I am leaving, if anyone finds out this job is taken before I do, please let me know so I may remove this post
