Phlebotomy as HCE for PA?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out what is the fastest route to get HCE experience and thinking phlebotomy? Do you think it'll qualify? Are there faster routes ?

Phlebotomy should cover it. CMA/CNA/STNA or EMT are other options.
