Pakistani IMG..need help abt MCEE

I am a graduate from Pakistan in 2006
Did residency in internal medicine..
Have not given any steps of USMLE.
Now planning to write MCEE..
Plz help me abt preparation sources..
TN is must??or have to do Kaplan as well..
Doesnt want to subscribe canada Qbank for now..does Step 2 MCQs help in any way???
Plz help me..im really super confused

I'm not real familiar with the Canadian system, but unless you have a permanent resident or Canadian citizenship, you're not likely to find a spot to train in Canada.
