I think in this case for you it'd be minor. There's a lot of debate about graded and ungraded clinical - on one hand ungraded alleviates stress, on the other hand graded offers opportunities to differentiate. I'd look at other factors personally.
 
Since you are not pursuing a competitive specialty, it probably doesn't matter for you too much. As long as you don't fail, a pass will likely be sufficient and if you do want to stand out you could do it in other ways such as research, service, LORs, etc.
