Saw at USCAP that Yale was trying to fill a bunch of positions.

New Haven was a real dump last I saw. And a fairly expensive one at that. And their weather sucks. Big name recognition for what it's worth however.

I was a visiting professor at Yale recently. The city was very nice, we ate at a great restaurant that was not too expensive and the hotel was upscale. Based on this recent two day visit the city would not be classified as a dump, however that is a subjective opinion.

Our group, Treasure Coast Pathology, is recruiting an AP/CP pathologist to join us in the Stuart, FL area. Six of us cover three hospitals with around 18000 surgicals and 3000 non-gyn cytologies per year. We also share a full time hematopathologist with a neighboring hospital. We have a PA for specimen grossing and do not perform autopsies. Our hospital system has four breast surgeons and is opening a new breast care center so special interest or fellowship training in breast pathology would be a plus.
