Be yourself. Don't be one of those that feels they must keep talking just because. It always helps to research the program and institution and this alone is usually enough to spark meaningful convos that don't appear forced. Asking non-rheumatology questions too could help. Agreed. Ask yourself what you would be looking for in a colleague. I think most fellows are probably hoping to find someone that they would enjoy working with. I think conveying that as well as your interest in the program are probably the most important things.
