First of all , I have digged every single threads and couldn't find any proven data about my questions.
Being a non-EU citizen, I have graduated from an EU university (Medical University Sofia / Bulgaria) and completed my internship in the same country ( year 2014).
Six months after graduation I have been considering to apply IMC. Hence, I would like to ask a detail that I have not found online.
Knowing that I am exempt from the PRES , does it makes me exempt from the IELTS also?
