There is a new joint Palliative Medicine Fellowship that will be starting in July 2013. The fellowship will be based at the University of California at Davis School of Medicine and will be co-administered by UC Davis, VA Northern California Health Care System, and Kaiser Permanente.
We are currently taking applications for two (2) fellowship positions for academic year 2013. More information can be obtained by clicking the following link:

If you are interested in the field of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and would like to do a 1 year clinical fellowship, please feel free to follow the link. For applicants who may be interested in clinical, quality improvement, or other types of research, we do have opportunities to do a 2nd research year.
We are opening the fellowship to many different applicants who may have training in a wide variety of fields and encourage all who are interested to apply. We have tailored the fellowship to not only give the necessary training to be successful within the field, but to also be flexible enough to allow for personalization and exploration within sub-fields of Palliative Medicine.
We are excited to be offering this opportunity and hope that you will apply.
