Can someone ELI5 the new changes that are going to be made to the comlex level 3? Should I really be sweating it and try to cram it in the first half of intern year to avoid the new changes?

The last thing I read said it's not changing to a 2 day exam until September 2018. I was going to try to cram it in but now I'm going to wait until early next year-- as long as I can get it done before it becomes a 2 day exam.
